2 chicken breasts

4 large onions
2 c. celery, cut up
2 c. bak choi
2 c. broth
2 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. soy
1/2 tbl. salt
1 lb. fried noodles (restaurant table noodles)
  1. Cut up and marinate chicken in soy, salt, and sesame.
  2. Cut up vegetables, drain.
  3. Cut onion in half lengthwise. Take out the small core. Lay flat and slice. Break apart by hand. Drain, set aside.
  4. Fry chicken, add onion, bak choi. Mix well.
  5. Add celery, mix well.
  6. Add broth and 1 1/2 portions corn starch paste.
