2 chicken breasts
4 large onions
2 c. celery, cut up
2 c. bak choi
2 c. broth
2 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. soy
1/2 tbl. salt
1 lb. fried noodles (restaurant table noodles)
- Cut up and marinate chicken in soy, salt, and sesame.
- Cut up vegetables, drain.
- Cut onion in half lengthwise. Take out the small core. Lay flat and slice. Break apart by hand. Drain, set aside.
- Fry chicken, add onion, bak choi. Mix well.
- Add celery, mix well.
- Add broth and 1 1/2 portions corn starch paste.
