1 chicken breast marinated and cut into 1" cubes
2/3 c. bamboo shoots (solid), diced 1/2"
1 tbl. wine
2 Italian frying peppers in thin slices

CHICKEN MARINADE:

3 tbl. garlic oil
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. fagara pepper
1 tbl. soy
1/2 tsp. sesame

SHENSI SAUCE:

1 tbl. rice vinegar
1 tbl. soy
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbl. ginger and garlic powder
1 scallion, chopped fine
1/4 c. broth
  1. Cut up and marinate chicken. Also dice bamboo same size as chicken. Slice green pepper and scallion.
  2. Assemble sauce ingredients.
  3. Stir fry chicken 30 seconds, then add bamboo, scallions and peppers. Stir 1 minute.
  4. Add shensi sauce. Cover 1 minute. Thicken

NOTE: This dish is good with stir fried broccoli.
