1 chicken, cut up in small pcs. and marinated 1 hour

2 tbl. 5 spice
1 medium onion, chopped fine
2 pcs. 25¢ ginger, chopped fine

SAUCE:

1 tbl. soy
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. sesame oil
  1. Fry chicken in wok till brown in onion and ginger.
  2. Transfer chicken to platter. Sprinkle 5 spice on chicken, then pour on sauce and steam for 1 hour.
  3. Transfer chicken to platter. Thicken sauce with corn starch paste. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with scallions.
