3 chicken breasts (filet)

Oil for deep frying (fry pan 1" oil)
1 lb. green vegetable stir fried as a base dish

LEMON SAUCE:

2 tbl. ginger powder
1 tbl. light soy
1 tbl. sesame oil
3 c. chicken broth
4 tbl. lemon juice
2 tsp. yellow coloring
  1. Marinate chicken 15 minutes.
  2. Assemble lemon sauce. heat slowly then thicken.
  3. Use Chinese cabbage leaves to rest the chicken on.
  4. Fry chicken till light brown (5 minutes).
  5. Put slices on cabbage leaves.
  6. Pour lemon sauce over chicken. Let stand 10 minutes then add more sauce.
