3 chicken breasts (filet)
Oil for deep frying (fry pan 1" oil)
1 lb. green vegetable stir fried as a base dish
LEMON SAUCE:
2 tbl. ginger powder
1 tbl. light soy
1 tbl. sesame oil
3 c. chicken broth
4 tbl. lemon juice
2 tsp. yellow coloring
- Marinate chicken 15 minutes.
- Assemble lemon sauce. heat slowly then thicken.
- Use Chinese cabbage leaves to rest the chicken on.
- Fry chicken till light brown (5 minutes).
- Put slices on cabbage leaves.
- Pour lemon sauce over chicken. Let stand 10 minutes then add more sauce.
