3 chicken breasts, filleted
6-8 pcs. sliced turkey ham 1/8" thick
1 head gai lon plus stems
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 c. broth
corn starch paste + extra 1/3 c. water

SAUCE:

2 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
1 tbl. light soy
2 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. oyster sauce + 3 tbl. water
1/2 c. broth
  1. Slice ham, brush with sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. Filet chicken, same amount of slices as ham plus 2.
  3. Heat 2 c. broth, parboil broccoli 1 minute covered. Set aside after straining. Save broth.
  4. Add chicken and ham slices to broth. Cover, cook 3 minutes. Strain, set aside.
  5. Assemble sauce ingredients and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. On a platter spread broccoli, stems to the center, then add the meat starting with a slice of ham, then alternate the chicken and ham.
  7. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle on scallions. Serve.
