2 chicken breasts, julienned
(1 if only for 2 people)
4 pcs. dried orange peels
8 whole dried red chilies
1/2 c. selected nuts (your choice)
1 scallion

SAUCE:

3 tbl. dark soy
1 tbl. Szechwan chili sauce
2 tbl. sesame oil
3/4 c. broth

OPTIONAL: Green Italian frying pepper cut up for color.

  1. Cut up and marinate breasts. Soak chilies and orange peel in warm water for 1 hour, then drain.
  2. Cut up scallion, orange peel (keep large).
  3. Fry nuts and set aside. Assemble sauce.
  4. Fry chicken 1/2 minute, add chilies, orange, and nuts. Mix well. Cover 1/2 minute on medium heat. then add green pepper. Mix well and add sauce and scallions and serve.
