1 whole chicken breast, julienned
8 dried mushrooms, soaked, sliced
2 scallions, sliced 1" pcs. and mixed with 1 tbl. sesame oil
1 tbl. oyster sauce
2 tbl. light soy
1/3 c. finely chopped ginger
1/2 red pepper
SAUCE:
2 c. broth
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbl. soy
1 tbl. fish sauce (optional)
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. rice vinegar
- Cut up and marinate chicken, add sauce.
- Chop ginger, slice pepper, soak mushrooms.
- Assemble sauce ingredients.
- Fry chicken. Add ginger, peppers, and scallions. Fry chicken 2 minutes. Cover 1/2 minute, then add sauce. Cover 1 minute. Thicken slightly.
- Serve with noodles and broccoli mixed.
