2 chicken breasts, julienned
3/4 c. ground pork or turkey
2 tbl. fermented black bean paste
2 beaten eggs
1 c. broth
1 tbl. light soy
1 tbl. ginger -garlic powder
Tapioca starch paste
  1. Cut up and marinate chicken.
  2. Mix soy and ginger-garlic mix into ground pork.
  3. Beat eggs.
  4. Stir fry ground pork. Add bean paste.
  5. Add chicken, mix well.
  6. Add broth. Cover 1 minute.
  7. Add tapioca starch paste slowly.  Sauce must be a little loose.
  8. Add beaten eggs. Mix, serve.

NOTE: Add eggs through strainer.
