2 chicken breasts, julienned
3/4 c. ground pork or turkey
2 tbl. fermented black bean paste
2 beaten eggs
1 c. broth
1 tbl. light soy
1 tbl. ginger -garlic powder
Tapioca starch paste
- Cut up and marinate chicken.
- Mix soy and ginger-garlic mix into ground pork.
- Beat eggs.
- Stir fry ground pork. Add bean paste.
- Add chicken, mix well.
- Add broth. Cover 1 minute.
- Add tapioca starch paste slowly. Sauce must be a little loose.
- Add beaten eggs. Mix, serve.
NOTE: Add eggs through strainer.
