12-18 pieces chicken wings,
cut in two (no tips)
8 pieces ginger,
25¢ size chopped fine
2 whole scallions chopped fine
3 cups master sauce
8-10 formosa black mushrooms soaked, julienned
- Heat 2 cups oil in wok or pot with basket.
- Deep fry wings in two batches 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Assemble master sauce. Chop ginger and scallions.
- Soak and chop mushrooms.
- Heat wok, add oil then wings, mix well. Then add ginger and scallions and mushrooms, mix well. Then add master sauce, cover cook 5-10 minutes, thicken. Serve with pan fried noodles and scallions.
