1 chicken breast, shredded
1 portion shrimp/chicken marinade
2 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. chili oil
6 green peppers, shredded
1 stalk celery
1 red pepper
1/2 lb. bean sprouts
1/2 cup broth
corn starch paste if necessary
- Semi freeze chicken breast, then shred.
- Cut up peppers and celery.
- Mix chili oil, sesame oil and set aside.
- Fry chicken lightly till just white. Set aside.
- Fry peppers, add chili oil, sesame oil. Mix well then add celery.
- Add chicken and mix well. Cover 1 minute, then add bean sprouts just before serving. If necessary, add corn starch paste to thicken.
