1 chicken breast, shredded
2 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. chili oil
6 green peppers, shredded
1 stalk celery
1 red pepper
1/2 lb. bean sprouts
1/2 cup broth
corn starch paste if necessary
  1. Semi freeze chicken breast, then shred.
  2. Cut up peppers and celery.
  3. Mix chili oil, sesame oil and set aside.
  4. Fry chicken lightly till just white. Set aside.
  5. Fry peppers, add chili oil, sesame oil. Mix well then add celery.
  6. Add chicken and mix well. Cover 1 minute, then add bean sprouts just before serving. If necessary, add corn starch paste to thicken.
