1 whole semi frozen chicken
or turkey breast cubed in 1 1/2" pieces
1 cup snow peas (cut in half)
1/3 cup water chestnuts sliced
1/3 cup U.S. mushrooms
1/2 cup bamboo shoots
1 cup barbecue pork sliced thin
SAUCE:
3/4 cup broth
2 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. dark soy
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- Cut up and marinate chicken 1/2 hour.
- Assemble all vegetables in bowls.
- Mix sauce ingredients.
- Mix cornstarch paste.
- Heat oil, medium heat and deep fry chicken till light brown.
- Fry vegetables aprox. 1 minute.
- Add chicken, mix well.
- Add pork.
- Add sauce ingredients, cover and cook 1 minute. If needed add corn starch paste.
