6 Chinese sausage, sliced diagonally
1 chicken breast, julienned
1 can Taiwan corn
1 can Taiwan mushrooms
1 tbl. tree ears

SAUCE:

2 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. hoisin
1 tbl. Hunan bean sauce
2 tbl. sesame oil
1 1/2 c. broth
  1. Combine sausage and chicken. Mix in 3 tbl. garlic oil, 1 tbl. soy, and 1/2 tbs. fagara. Mix well. Stir fry till chicken is white. Drain excess oil. Set meat aside.
  2. Soak tree ears then add to corn and mushrooms. Cook 1 minute uncovered then add meat mix plus 1/2 c. sauce. Cover, cook 2 minutes. Slightly thicken. Put on platter.
  3. Reheat wok or pot. Add balance of sauce. Heat till boiling. Thicken. Put on platter. Serve over rice noodles or fried noodles.
