1 chicken breast
1/2 lb. Chinese sweet sausage, sliced
1 lb. gai choi, cut in 1" pcs.
corn starch paste, double the water

SAUCE:

1 tbl. soy sauce
1 tbl. sesame oil
1 tbl. light soy
1 c. broth
1 tbl. hot bean sauce
1 tbl. sweet bean sauce
  1. Fry sausage. Drain well.
  2. Fry gai choi covered 2 minutes. Add 3 tbl. water to prevent burning, then add sauce. Cover 1 minute. Add sausage, thicken, and serve.
