1 whole chicken breast
cut up and marinated
1/4 lb. snow peas, stripped
1 cup bamboo shoots
1/2 can straw mushrooms
SAUCE:
1 cup broth
1 tbl. oyster sauce
Corn starch paste
1 tbl. light soy sauce
1 tbl. ginger wine
Cut up and marinate chicken for 1/2 hour. Assemble all vegetables, prepare sauce, heat wok (low heat), 2 tbl. oil and marinated chicken and fry 1 minute. Set aside. Raise heat, add vegetables and heat well adding chicken and sauce. Cover over medium heat, cooking for 2 minutes. Add corn starch paste for smooth gravy.
