2 chicken breasts
1 1/2 lbs. broccoli hearts
1 c. Chinese radish, diced
1 c. straw mushrooms
3/4 c. broth

RED SAUCE:

3 tbl. hoisin sauce
2 tbl. sweet bean sauce
1 tbl. beet - tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. broth
  1. Cut chicken in slices 3/4" wide and marinate.
  2. Cut up broccoli hearts.
  3. Mix broccoli, Radishes, and mushrooms. Set aside.
  4. Mix sauce. Set aside.
  5. Stir fry chicken 1 minute. Add sauce. Cover, cook medium heat 15 minutes.
  6. Fry all vegetables. Put on platter.
  7. Thicken sauce with 3/4 c. broth and corn starch paste. Pour over vegetables.

NOTE: Gravy should be reddish and not thick.
