1/2 lb. Chinese sausage
1 chicken breast
1 med. radish
1 sm. mustard cabbage
1 red pepper

SAUCE:

1 1/2 cup broth
1 tbl. garlic & ginger mix
2 tbl. light soy
2 tbl. sesame
  1. Cut up sausage, fry 1 minute (drain). Set aside.
  2. Cut up chicken (marinade). Set aside.
  3. Dice radish, soak in salt water (drain). Set aside.
  4. Cut up pepper, sprinkle with water-oil 1 tbl. each.
  5. Assemble sauce ingredients.
  6. Fry chicken 1 minute, mix sausage. Set aside.
  7. Fry radish and pepper, add meats, mix well.
  8. Add sauce, cover 1 minute (add thickener if necessary).
