3 bananas, greener the better
1 c. almond and bean mix
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. corn starch
2 tbl. baking powder
Water to thicken
Oil for deep frying
Corn starch for dredging
Peel bananas and slice in half lengthwise. Dredge bananas in flour mix till covered, spreading on mix to make a sandwich. Press tight and cut in 4-5 pieces. Dip in batter, not to thick. Do 3-4 at a time in oil. Cover with powdered sugar.
The addition of sesame seeds in the batter is an option. Plus the glaze instead of powdered sugar.
