2 eggs
2 tbl. milk
1 tbl. sugar
2/3 cup sifted flour
2 cups cold water

DUSTING:

3 tbl. sesame seeds
4 tbl. brown or regular sugar
  1. Mix beaten eggs, flour, water, milk, sugar and blend well. Put in pot and cook till mix thickens. Be very careful. Grease a small cake pan (1" high) and put in mix to cool in refrigerator till cold.
  2. Cut into diamond or straight sides 2" x 1". Dip in corn starch. Fry in deep oil till brown. Boil in sesame and sugar.

NOTE: Fry sesame seeds 1 minute, add sugar 1/2 minute. Set aside in bowl.
