1 pkg. duck parts (legs and thighs)
shrimp/chicken marinade + 2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbl. black bean sauce (2 tbl. if whole)
1 scallion chopped fine
1 cup broth
Spices to your taste added to sauce.
1 tbl. ginger & garlic mix
- Cut legs and thighs at joint and marinate 15 minutes.
- Put duck on platter or bowl, add marinade, black beans, scallions and steam 40 minutes.
- Heat broth, spices and ginger and garlic mix. Bring to a boil in wok. Add cooked duck and gravy. Thicken if necessary, put on platter. Sprinkle with scallions.
- OPTION: Cut up green pepper which can be added to steaming.
