1 pkg. duck parts (legs and thighs)
shrimp/chicken marinade + 2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbl. black bean sauce (2 tbl. if whole)
1 scallion chopped fine
1 cup broth
Spices to your taste added to sauce.
1 tbl. ginger & garlic mix
  1. Cut legs and thighs at joint and marinate 15 minutes.
  2. Put duck on platter or bowl, add marinade, black beans, scallions and steam 40 minutes.
  3. Heat broth, spices and ginger and garlic mix. Bring to a boil in wok. Add cooked duck and gravy. Thicken if necessary, put on platter. Sprinkle with scallions.
  4. OPTION: Cut up green pepper which can be added to steaming.
