1/2 lb. or 1 bag of silver noodles (Chau Fon), pre-cut
1/2 lb..baby shrimp (river)
1 chicken breast, diced
1 scallion, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. master sauce
1/2 carrot, shredded
1 tbl. chef chow (Szech.), optional
1 tbl. hoisin sauce
1/2 portion corn starch paste
1 red pepper, diced, if available
  1. Marinate chicken and shrimp 15 minutes in chicken marinade.
  2. Prepare master sauce, shred carrots, and cut scallions.
  3. Put silver noodles in bowl, add 2 tbl. garlic oil, mix.
  4. Fry shrimp and chicken 2 minutes. Add hoisin sauce and corn starch paste.
  5. Add noodles, mix well. Add master sauce. Cover 1 minute.
  6. If necessary add corn starch paste - be careful noodles could gum up.

Serve over watercress, bak choi, etc.
