1 lb. silver noodles or fresh sheet
1 lb. beef diced
1 tbl. curry
1 1/2 c. master sauce
SUB GUM VEGETABLES:
1/2 c. mustard
1 c. bak choi
1/2 c. diced snow peas
1 red pepper diced
1 c. Chinese radish
- Put rice noodles in bowl, sprinkle a little ginger-garlic mix on. Mix well.
- Dice beef and marinate. Add curry.
- Chop and mix all vegetables. Sprinkle on some garlic oil.
- Fry meat, set aside. Fry vegetables.
- Fry meat and vegetables. Add 1/2 master sauce. Add noodles. Mix well. Add rest of broth. Cover 1 minute. Serve.
