1 lb. silver noodles or fresh sheet
1 lb. beef diced
1 tbl. curry
1 1/2 c. master sauce

SUB GUM VEGETABLES:

1/2 c. mustard
1 c. bak choi
1/2 c. diced snow peas
1 red pepper diced
1 c. Chinese radish
  1. Put rice noodles in bowl, sprinkle a little ginger-garlic mix on. Mix well.
  2. Dice beef and marinate. Add curry.
  3. Chop and mix all vegetables. Sprinkle on some garlic oil.
  4. Fry meat, set aside. Fry vegetables.
  5. Fry meat and vegetables. Add 1/2 master sauce. Add noodles. Mix well. Add rest of broth. Cover 1 minute. Serve.
