1 lb. fresh egg noodles
1/2 c. fried scallions, packaged in bag
1/2 smoked tenderloin or 1 slice smoked ham
3 tbl. sweet bean sauce
1 tsp. Hunan sauce
2 tbl. sesame oil
1/2 c. broth
  1. Boil noodles 3 minutes. Drain and marinate.
  2. Dice ham or tenderloin and marinate in chicken marinade. Then mix scallion in and mix well.
  3. Assemble sauce, mix well.
  4. Fry ham and scallions 1-2 minutes. Add sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
  5. Fry noodles in 2 batches or put in oven till hot. Mix with ham and sauce mix. Serve.

NOTE:

This dish can be used with mixed vegetables.

Cook this dish in 2 batches as the noodles will absorb the sauce.
