1 lb. fresh noodles (egg noodles)
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 scallion

SAUCE:

1/2 cup broth
2 tbl. smooth peanut butter
1 tbl. oyster sauce
5 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. dark soy
1 tbl. chili oil
  1. Boil noodles and cool as for lo mien (cover).
  2. Marinate pork, cut up scallions and assemble sauce.
  3. If dish is going to be served hot, place noodles in the oven. This dish is traditionally served cold.
  4. Fry pork till white, then add sauce ingredients and mix well.. Add more broth to taste.
  5. Put noodles in bowl then mix in sauce ingredients, sprinkle with the scallions and serve.
