1 lb. fresh noodles (egg noodles)
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 scallion
SAUCE:
1/2 cup broth
2 tbl. smooth peanut butter
1 tbl. oyster sauce
5 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. dark soy
1 tbl. chili oil
- Boil noodles and cool as for lo mien (cover).
- Marinate pork, cut up scallions and assemble sauce.
- If dish is going to be served hot, place noodles in the oven. This dish is traditionally served cold.
- Fry pork till white, then add sauce ingredients and mix well.. Add more broth to taste.
- Put noodles in bowl then mix in sauce ingredients, sprinkle with the scallions and serve.
