1/2 cooked cold lo mien noodles
2 cups mixed meat
1 scallion chopped fine

OMLET SAUCE:

4 tbl. light soy
2 tbl. sesame oil
1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
6-8 eggs (beaten) + 4 tbl. water
1 tsp. ginger powder
Pam for the pan
  1. Mix a little oil into noodles to keep loose.
  2. Fry meats and scallions 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Make omelet sauce. Set aside.
  4. Spray Pam into fry pan - good.
  5. Mix meat into lo mien good, then fry till hot. Be sure meat and noodles are mixed well.
  6. Pour omelet sauce into noodles, be sure it doesn't stick (cover 5 minutes low heat) serve with master sauce.
