1 lb. Lo Mien noodles, cooked and marinated
2 c. broccoli flowerettes
1 can Taiwan corn
2 c. finely julienned bak choi
2 slices smoked ham 1/4" thick, julienned

SAUCE:

2 c. broth
2 tbl. oyster sauce
2 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. dark soy
  1. Boil and marinate noodles. Put in oven.
  2. Assemble all ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Assemble sauce ingredients if a looser mien is preferred.
  4. Divide noodles into 3-4 portions.
  5. Stir fry all vegetables and meats.
  6. Cook sauce in separate pan, semi-thicken.
  7. Divide noodles on plates. Cover with mixture. Pour sauce over. Serve.
