1/.2 lb. rice noodles - fresh or dried
1/2 lb. medium shrimp (25-31)
shrimp/chicken marinade + 1 tsp. tapioca starch
1 scallion chopped fine
4 stalks bok choy
1/4 lb. yau choi cut in 1" pcs.

SAUCE:

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbl. hoisin sauce
Tapioca starch
  1. Soak noodles till soft (drain).
  2. Clean and marinate shrimp - cut in half.
  3. Cut up vegetables - make sauce.
  4. Fry shrimp, add vegetables and 2 tbl. broth - cover (1 minute).
  5. Add sauce ingredients, thicken, cover 1 minute - serve.
