1 lb. fresh noodles
1 cup ground pork (opt.)
1 scallion chopped fine

NOODLE MARINADE:
4 tbl. sesame oil
4 tbl. garlic oil
5 tbl. dark soy

PEANUT SAUCE:
3 tbl. smooth peanut butter
4 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. crushed chili powder
1/3 cup broth

  1. Boil noodles 4 minutes. Drain, cool. Mix in noodle marinade.
  2. If using pork or any meat, fry till white, then add peanut sauce. Mix well then add scallions.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours. Serve.

NOTES:

  1. Meat is usually not used.
  2. If you want them hot (Hunan style), mix everything after cooking. Serve.
