1 lb. fresh egg noodles
1/2 lb. fresh pork cutlet
8-10 snow peas
1 c. radish, julienned
1 c. bak choi
1 c. Taiwan mushrooms
8-10 baby corn
  1. Boil noodles 3-5 minutes. Drain, marinate, and set aside.
  2. Julienne pork, marinate.
  3. Assemble all vegetables in seperate bowls.
  4. Fry pork in marinade, add extra oil.
  5. Fry 1/2 of everything with 1/2 noodles. Add sauce.
  6. Finish 2nd half. Serve.
