1 pkg. short rice noodles, fresh
1 recipe master garlic sauce (1 c.)
1 chicken breast, julienned
1 c. jicama, diced or water chestnut
1/4 c. hoisin orange sauce, if available
8 black Chinese mushrooms
1 scallion, chopped fine
- Marinate chicken 15 minutes.
- Dice jicama or water chestnuts. Soak mushrooms.
- Prepare master garlic sauce and hoisin orange sauce.
- Slice mushrooms and scallions.
- Stir fry chicken. Mix in mushrooms and jicama.
- Add master garlic sauce and hoisin orange sauce, blend.
- Add rice noodles. Mix well. Cover with scallions and serve.
