1 pkg. short rice noodles, fresh
1 recipe master garlic sauce (1 c.)
1 chicken breast, julienned
1 c. jicama, diced or water chestnut
1/4 c. hoisin orange sauce, if available
8 black Chinese mushrooms
1 scallion, chopped fine
  1. Marinate chicken 15 minutes.
  2. Dice jicama or water chestnuts. Soak mushrooms.
  3. Prepare master garlic sauce and hoisin orange sauce.
  4. Slice mushrooms and scallions.
  5. Stir fry chicken. Mix in mushrooms and jicama.
  6. Add master garlic sauce and hoisin orange sauce, blend.
  7. Add rice noodles. Mix well. Cover with scallions and serve.
