1 pkg. rice noodle tips
1/2 lb. river shrimp
1/4 lb. barbecued pork
1 scallion, chopped fine
1 c. bean sprouts
1/2 portion corn starch paste, if needed

SAUCE:

1 c. broth
2 tbl. light soy
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbl. oyster sauce
  1. If tips are not available, buy rice chips, slice in half - defrost if frozen. Mix well.
  2. Dice shrimp, cube pork (carrot), and chop scallions. Keep bean sprouts in cold water.
  3. Fry shrimp, add pork and scallions. Mix well. Add 1/2 sauce then add rice tips. Mix well. If dry add balance of sauce. Cover, cook 1 minute, no more.
  4. Check if corn starch paste is needed.

NOTE:

Rice tips come in various shapes:
#1 - Noodles (wide in sheets)
#2 - Noodles (thin)
#3 - Discs
Most restaurants serve #1, listed as Chau Fon.
