2 c. spinach noodles
2 c. egg noodles
2 c. tomato twist
1 chicken breast, julienned
1 small beef steak, julienned
1/2 c. bamboo
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 scallion, chopped fine

SAUCE:

2 tbl. hoisin
1 tsp. sweet bean sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 c. broth
  1. Boil noodles, drain, cool.
  2. Cut up meats, marinate.
  3. Cut up peppers, slice bamboo, scallions.
  4. Assemble sauce ingredients.
  5. Fry chicken breast 1 minute. Set aside.
  6. Fry beef 1 minute. Set aside.
  7. Add half peppers to chicken. Mix well.
  8. Add half peppers to beef. Mix well.
  9. Add half sauce to each portion of meat.
  10. Separate noodles. Put meats in sections for pretty portions.
