2 c. spinach noodles
2 c. egg noodles
2 c. tomato twist
1 chicken breast, julienned
1 small beef steak, julienned
1/2 c. bamboo
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 scallion, chopped fine
SAUCE:
2 tbl. hoisin
1 tsp. sweet bean sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 c. broth
- Boil noodles, drain, cool.
- Cut up meats, marinate.
- Cut up peppers, slice bamboo, scallions.
- Assemble sauce ingredients.
- Fry chicken breast 1 minute. Set aside.
- Fry beef 1 minute. Set aside.
- Add half peppers to chicken. Mix well.
- Add half peppers to beef. Mix well.
- Add half sauce to each portion of meat.
- Separate noodles. Put meats in sections for pretty portions.
