1 lb. fried lo mien noodles
4 tbl. sesame oil
1 slice smoked ham
1/2 c. Shanghai bak choi
1 lb. fried broccoli, yau choi or chopped broccoli

SAUCE:

2 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
3 tbl. light soy
1 tsp. white pepper
3/4 c. broth
  1. Cook and marinate noodles.
  2. Cut up ham, julienne style. Add 2 tbl. garlic oil/1 tbl. sesame, mix well.
  3. Assemble sauce. Set aside.
  4. Cut up vegetables. Mix, add 2 tbl. oil. Mix well.
  5. Fry ham 1 minute. Add vegetables, cover 1 minute.
  6. Add sauce, cover 1 minute.
  7. Pour over noodles. Sprinkle light soy over. Serve.
