1 lb. fresh lo mien noodles
4 tbl. sesame oil
1 slice boiled ham, 1/2" thick, diced
1 c. broth

MEAT MIX:

2 scallions, chopped fine
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
3 tbl. light soy
1 tsp. white ground pepper
  1. Boil noodles 3 minutes. Drain in cold water and put in bowl. Add noodle marinade. Set aside.
  2. Cut up ham. Fry, then add meat mix. Mix well then add broth. Cook 1 minute. Add noodles and mix well. Sprinkle on sesame oil. Serve.

OPTIONAL:

Mixture can be poured over noodles like Canton Mien.

This dish is almost like Hang Chow Sesame Noodles.
