1 lb. fresh lo mien noodles
3 boneless pork chops, julienned
1/2 chicken breast, julienned
3 stalks bak choy
3 stalks yau choy
4 tbl. light soy
3 tbl. sesame oil
1 scallion, chopped fine
4 c. chicken broth
  1. Cut noodles in half and boil 3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Julienne chicken and pork. Marinate in chicken marinade.
  3. Boil broth. Cut vegetables in 2" pcs. and blanch in broth 1 minute. Drain, set aside.
  4. Add meats to broth and boil 2-3 minutes. Add vegetables, soy, and sesame. Cover, cook 2 minutes.
  5. Put noodles in bowl. Cover noodles with vegetables and meat. Top with scallions and 1 c. broth. Serve.
