This is a Szechwan version of Pan Fried Lo Mien.

1 lb. lo mien noodles
1 c. water chestnuts
1 c. bamboo, julienned
10-12 snow peas, julienned
1 flavored bean cake, julienned
1 1/2 c. master sauce
1 tbl. hoisin sauce
  1. Boil - drain - marinate noodles.
  2. Cut up and assemble all vegetables and sauces.
  3. After noodles are cooked and marinated heat a frying pan. Put in 1/2 lb. to fill pan half way up the sides. Fry till lightly brown and turn over. Brown on both sides. Put on plates. Cut in 3 parts.
  4. Fry all vegetables. Add sauces and bean cake. Pour over noodles.
