1/2 lb. shredded crab meat
1 red pepper
2 stalks celery
2 tbl. tree ears
1 lb. lo mien noodles
SAUCE:
1 c. broth
1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
2 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. light soy
2 tbl. water
- Marinate crab meat in garlic oil and ginger.
- Cut up vegetables. Soak tree ears. Set aside.
- Assemble sauce ingredients. Set aside.
- Boil noodles. Drain and cool using noodle marinade of garlic oil, soy, and sesame.
- Stir fry vegetables in garlic oil. Add 1/2 sauce ingredients and mix well. Then add crab meat and balance of broth.
- Heat noodles in oven 1/2 hour at 325¡. Put on platter. Cover with crab sauce.
