1/2 lb. shredded crab meat
1 red pepper
2 stalks celery
2 tbl. tree ears
1 lb. lo mien noodles

SAUCE:

1 c. broth
1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
2 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. light soy
2 tbl. water
  1. Marinate crab meat in garlic oil and ginger.
  2. Cut up vegetables. Soak tree ears. Set aside.
  3. Assemble sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  4. Boil noodles. Drain and cool using noodle marinade of garlic oil, soy, and sesame.
  5. Stir fry vegetables in garlic oil. Add 1/2 sauce ingredients and mix well. Then add crab meat and balance of broth.
  6. Heat noodles in oven 1/2 hour at 325¡. Put on platter. Cover with crab sauce.
