3 oz. rice noodles
1 chicken breast semi frozen, julienned
1/2 green pepper, julienned
6-8 medium shrimp, sliced
1 tsp. soy
1/4 c. julienned bamboo
1 tsp. tree ears, soaked
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbl. wine
1/4 c. broth
1 scallion, cut 1" pcs. diagonal
1/2 stalk celery 6-8", cut down center and then diagonally to 1' strips
Pinch sugar and salt
  1. Cut up chicken, peppers, shrimp, tree ears, celery, onions, and set aside.
  2. Drop noodles into boiling water for one minute and drain.
  3. Fry celery, peppers, add sugar and salt, and soy. Cook 1 minute and set aside.
  4. Fry the chicken, shrimp, bamboo, tree ears for one minute.
  5. Add pinch salt and sugar, sesame oil, then broth, wine, corn starch paste, and set aside.
  6. Heat wok, add rice noodles and stir one minute.
  7. Set on platter, cover with meat and vegetable mix.
