3 oz. rice noodles
1 chicken breast semi frozen, julienned
1/2 green pepper, julienned
6-8 medium shrimp, sliced
1 tsp. soy
1/4 c. julienned bamboo
1 tsp. tree ears, soaked
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbl. wine
1/4 c. broth
1 scallion, cut 1" pcs. diagonal
1/2 stalk celery 6-8", cut down center and then diagonally to 1' strips
Pinch sugar and salt
- Cut up chicken, peppers, shrimp, tree ears, celery, onions, and set aside.
- Drop noodles into boiling water for one minute and drain.
- Fry celery, peppers, add sugar and salt, and soy. Cook 1 minute and set aside.
- Fry the chicken, shrimp, bamboo, tree ears for one minute.
- Add pinch salt and sugar, sesame oil, then broth, wine, corn starch paste, and set aside.
- Heat wok, add rice noodles and stir one minute.
- Set on platter, cover with meat and vegetable mix.
