4 Chinese beef-pork sausage
1 chicken breast
1/2 lb. medium shrimp (25-31)
1 red pepper
1 scallion, cut 1" pcs.
1/2 portion corn starch paste

SAUCE:

3 tbl. soy
1/2 c. broth
1 tbl. oyster sauce
  1. Cut sausage on the diagonal. Julienne the chicken. Clean and fantail the shrimp.
  2. Fry sausage, drain grease. Add shrimp and chicken. Mix well. Stir fry 3 minutes. Add peppers. Mix well. Add sauce. Thicken. Serve on bed of beans sprouts and scallions.
