1/4 lb. barbecued pork
1/2 chicken breast
1/3 lb. medium shrimp (25-31)
8 pcs. curry beef cubes
8 snow peas
8 baby corn
1 c. Taiwan mushroom

SAUCE:

1 - 1 1/2 c. master sauce
1 tbl. hoisin sauce
1 tsp. ketchup
  1. Assemble and marinate chicken and shrimp.
  2. Cut up pork in slices.
  3. Marinate beef, add corn starch and curry. Deep fry 1 minute.
  4. Mix all vegetables in a bowl. Sprinkle with 2 tbl. garlic oil.
  5. Assemble sauce and corn starch paste.
  6. Stir fry shrimp, chicken 1 minute. Add beef. Set aside.
  7. Fry vegetables. Add meats. Mix well.
  8. Add sauce. Mix well. Thicken.
  9. If you own one, put medium cast iron pan in oven. Transfer to table. Pour in dish.
