1/2 lb. beef steak
1 chicken breast
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 c. bak choi
1 c. sweet orange sauce
1/2 c. broth
  1. Cut up and julienne meat. Marinate together with beef marinade.
  2. Cut up peppers and bak choi. Sprinkle with garlic oil and 1 tbl. water.
  3. Make orange sauce.
  4. Fry beef 1 minute. Add chicken, fry 2 minutes.
  5. Empty wok and fry bak choi and peppers 1 minute.
  6. Fry all ingredients, add broth, cover.
  7. Last 2 minutes add orange sauce, thicken.

NOTE:

Any vegetable can be used. If using broccoli, don't use green pepper.
