1 chicken breast
1/2 lb. beef steak
1 c. cashews
2 c. diced water chestnuts
1 scallion
1 scallion, cut up fine

SAUCE:

2 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. sesame oil
1 c. broth
  1. Dice chicken and beef in small pieces (size of dice).
  2. Fry cashews lightly. Dice water chestnuts.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tbl. garlic oil on cashews and on water chestnuts.
  4. Fry beef and chicken together. Add water chestnuts, cover 1 minute.
  5. Add cashews and then sauce. Cover 1 minute.
  6. Thicken, sprinkle on scallions.

NOTE: In China fresh chili is mixed in meats and served plain over rice noodles.
