3/4 lb. pork cutlet
1 slice J. R. beef steak
4 tbl. corn starch
5 tbl. soy
SAUCE:
2 tbl. vinegar
2 tbl. ketchup
2 tbl. hoisin
1 tbl. sesame oil
1 tbl. Hunan paste
3/4 c. broth
- Julienne beef and pork. Marinate, then add the soy and corn starch. Mix well. Spread out on platter.
- Assemble sauce ingredients plus any vegetables to be used.
- Heat oil in wok, put part of meat in strainer and deep fry 1 minute. Set aside. Continue till meat is cooked.
- Heat wok. Add meat. Mix well, then add sauce ingredients. Mix well, then add broth. Cover and cook 1 minute. Thicken if desired. Serve with broccoli or cabbage.
