3/4 lb. pork cutlet
1 slice J. R. beef steak
4 tbl. corn starch
5 tbl. soy

SAUCE:

2 tbl. vinegar
2 tbl. ketchup
2 tbl. hoisin
1 tbl. sesame oil
1 tbl. Hunan paste
3/4 c. broth
  1. Julienne beef and pork. Marinate, then add the soy and corn starch. Mix well. Spread out on platter.
  2. Assemble sauce ingredients plus any vegetables to be used.
  3. Heat oil in wok, put part of meat in strainer and deep fry 1 minute. Set aside. Continue till meat is cooked.
  4. Heat wok. Add meat. Mix well, then add sauce ingredients. Mix well, then add broth. Cover and cook 1 minute. Thicken if desired. Serve with broccoli or cabbage.
