1/2 lb. medium shrimp (26-31)
2 chicken breast, julienned
  + 1 tbl. sesame oil
1 scallion, 3/4" julienned
2 tbl. fermented black beans
1 c. broth
6 tbl. sweet scallion oil
Chinese sausage, optional
  1. Mix chicken, shrimp and marinade together.
  2. Cut up scallions.
  3. Fry chicken, shrimp, and black beans in scallion oil 5 minutes. Mix wll, add scallions then add broth. Thicken, serve with mixed vegetables.
