1 lb. groun pork
1/2 lb. ground chicken or turkey
2 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. light soy
1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped fine
1 scallion, chopped fine
  1. Mix all ingredients. Pound well.
  2. Put in 2-3" bowl, deep.
  3. Steam 45 minutes to 1 hour (watch water).
  4. Transfer meat to small platter. Drain gravy into small pot and add 1 c. master sauce. Mix well and thicken. Serve over rice.
