1 c. coarsely cut meat
2 c. diced water chestnuts
1/2 c. diced mixed peppers
1 scallion, chopped fine

SAUCE:

3 tbl. oyster sauce
1 1/2 c. broth
1/2 portion corn starch paste
  1. Dice meat or coarsely chop pork-chicken. Marinate.
  2. Dice water chestnuts and add 1 tbl. light soy. Mix well.
  3. Dice peppers and add 1 tbl. garlic oil. Mix well. Chop scallion. Make sauce.
  4. Fry meat. Add chestnuts and 1/2 the sauce. Cover 1 minute then add peppers and balance of sauce. Cover 1/2 minute. Thicken and serve.
