MARINADE:
2 tbl. ginger wine
3 tbl. sugar
2 tbl. light soy
2 tbl. dark soy
2 tbl. sweet bean sauce
1 tbl. hoisin sauce
3 tbl. honey
- Cut pork into desired strips and marinade 1-2 hours, turning often. Drain. Set marinade aside.
- Put pork strips on rack (like spare-ribs) over cold water and roast at 400¡ for 15 minutes, then drop to 325¡, brushing on marinade.
- After it is done, take from the oven, let stand 5 minutes, then brush on honey and return to oven for 10 minutes.
OVER-ALL COOKING TIME:
1 hour and 15 minutes/30 minutes.
