1 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. chopped radish, dry
2 tbl. tree ears, soaked
4 tbl. light soy
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1/4 c. broth
  1. Marinate ground pork. Add other condiments.
  2. Chop radish. Soak mushrooms, then chop fine.
  3. Combine all ingredients.
  4. Steam 40 minutes.
  5. Slightly thicken,(1/2 portion).

Serve over rice.
