3-4 soft dou foo (bean cake)
1/2 lb. ground meat
  + 4 tbl. corn starch
1 tbl. fresh ginger
1 green scallion chopped fine
3 tbl. light soy
1 tbl. sesame oil
2 tsp. ginger-garlic mix
1 recipe master sauce
  1. Cut bean cake into 4 diamond shapes. Pull out centers. Set aside to dry 1 hour.
  2. Assemble all other ingredients, mix well.
  3. Assemble master sauce.
  4. Stuff meat into pockets then either:
    • Pan fry - 15 minutes
    • Steam - 10 minutes
    • Deep fry - 2 minutes
  5. When all cooked, heat sauce, thicken, pour over bean curd.
