3 hard bean cakes (cut up in 1/2" cubes)
3/4 c. ground pork or 1 pork chop diced fine
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. frozen green peas
SEASONING SAUCE:
1 tbl. soy
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbl. Szechwan hot bean sauce
1 c. broth
1 tbl. wine
1/2 tsp. sugar
Stir fry bean cake, gently so they do not break. Fry pork till white, add mushrooms, peas, and seasoning sauce. Add bean cake to sauce and cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add more broth if to dry.
