6-8 bean cakes, diced
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. green peas
1 med. can plum tomatoes, crushed
1 frying pepper, diced

SAUCE:

2 tbl. light soy
2 tbl. sesame oil
1 tbl. Szechwan bean sauce
1 c. broth
  1. Dice bean cake. Chop peppers and tomatoes. Set aside.
  2. Assemble sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Fry pork 1 minute, then add sauce ingredients. Mix well. Add bean cake, peppers, and tomatoes. Cover, cook 10 minutes. Add green peas. Thicken. Serve over rice.
